Prokopyevsk Mining and Design Institute began its way in 1936, being historically located in Kuzbass. Due to the specific nature of work of enterprises operating in the region, the portfolio of the institute is full of designs of mines, open pit mines and preparation plants.
ACTIVITIES
To date the key priority of the company continues to be the implementation of comprehensive design works for the mining and processing industry.
Precisely elaborated organizational structure, own staff of more than 80 employees in Novokuznetsk and Kemerovo, thorough planning of internal work of the institute, state-of-the-art technical equipment allow the institute to provide efficient and prompt execution of tasks, passing all stipulated reviews of design documentation on the first try.
INNOVATIONS
In 2019, the employees of the institute became the only ones in Kuzbass to be trained in BIM technologies, and the pool of equipment was supplemented with state-of-the-art equipment designed for computer-aided design. Now a customer can observe the design process on-line, and mistakes in the design, which are inevitable in standard design, are excluded.
In our work we strive to use the advantages of the latest technologies, so we use laser scanning of existing structures and terrain, due to which design time is reduced by several times within the existing production facilities, as well as the human factor in errors is excluded.
