Autonomous mobile complexes
Along with the design of capital construction projects - processing plants - specialists from LLC «PGPI» are developing projects for modular enrichment plants. Such installations make it possible to quickly develop small coal deposits with moderate capital costs.
Placing modular units in close proximity to the field being developed allows reducing operating costs. Autonomy, low power, and speed of installation and dismantling of modular units make it possible to reduce capital costs for construction and commissioning time.
Specialists of LLC «PGPI» will develop a project for a modular installation, starting with the development of a technological scheme and ending with the installation of metal structures and equipment.
Design supervision
Design supervision is carried out in accordance with SP 246.1325800.2016 “Regulations on designer supervision over the construction of buildings and structures” and SP 11-110-99 “Designer’s supervision of the construction of buildings and structures” and is carried out in order to ensure compliance of technical solutions and technical and economic indicators of commissioned capital construction projects with the decisions and indicators provided for in the approved project documentation.
Architectural supervision is mandatory during the construction of a hazardous production facility, as a rule, throughout the entire period of construction and commissioning of the capital construction facility.
The main tasks of designer supervision are:
- control over the compliance of construction and installation work with the design and working documentation developed on its basis;
- timely resolution of all technical issues regarding the design and working documentation developed on its basis that arise during the construction process;
- resolving issues related to making changes to the working documentation and (or) design documentation, the need for which became apparent during the construction process, in the amount, procedure and terms established by the contract for design and survey work or an additional agreement to this contract.
- familiarization with organizational and technological documentation prepared by the contractor;
- visual monitoring of the condition of capital construction projects under construction and technologies for performing construction, installation and special works, as well as technical inspection of the results of their implementation;
- documenting the results of designer's supervision work.
Audit of mining and processing enterprises
As part of the audit of design documentation for the facility, specialists from the Institute LLC "PGPI" in accordance with clause 7-10 of Government Decree No. 1159 of November 12, 2016 «On the criteria for the economic efficiency of project documentation» ready to conduct an assessment:
- the validity of the choice of basic technological solutions for their optimality and compliance with the modern level of development of technology and technology;
- обоснованности выбора технологических решений на предмет возможности обеспечения требований к основным характеристикам продукции;
- validity of the choice of technological solutions regarding the possibility of meeting the requirements for the main characteristics of the product;
The result of the audit will be the following documentation:
- Conclusion on compliance.
- Proposals of LLC «PGPI» to make changes (adjustments) to technological solutions (if necessary).
- Recalculation of qualitative and quantitative indicators of processing (if necessary).
- Graphic representation of the results of changes made to technological solutions – qualitative-quantitative and water-sludge diagram, equipment connection diagram (if necessary).
In simple words: LLC «PGPI» offers audit services for existing financial institutions.

Development of 3D layouts
The 3D model is produced on a 3D printer using FDM printing technology. The current BIM project is taken as the initial model. The project is detached and exported to a program for preparing a 3D model for printing. The model is divided into sections and checked for integrity, correctness and “tightness”. Export errors are corrected (incorrectly exported models are rendered). Models are arranged by color and size and sent for printing at a scale of 1:100.
The period for creating a 3D model is 3-5 months, the model is assembled with pinpoint accuracy according to working drawings, the color of the equipment and other details matches the project, if desired, we can recreate the terrain and vegetation, as well as the lighting of the model. A glass cover is made specifically for the layout for protection.3D layout – this is a clear visualization of objects before implementation on a construction site and/or demonstration of a layout of a facility in the lobby of the customer’s future administrative building
